- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Form beef into 4 equal-sized patties and season gone salt and pepper.
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook greater than medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, nearly 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices more or less paper towels.
